This project was a rehabilitation from a 1926 maid's quarters into a guesthouse. Tiny House

This Kiawah marsh front home in the “Settlement” was sculpted into its unique setting among live oaks that populate the long, narrow piece of land. The unique composition afforded a 35-foot wood and glass bridge joining the master suite with the main house, granting the owners a private escape within their own home. A helical stair tower provides an enchanting secondary entrance whose foyer is illuminated by sunshine spilling from three floors above.

Welcome to the Berkeley Home Plan by Main Street Homes! This home is characterized by its well-appointed rooms on the first floor and features an angled staircase in the airy foyer. The formal dining and living rooms are on either side of the foyer. The kitchen with large island is open to a cheerful breakfast nook and the spacious family room. The second floor features three bedrooms and a large bonus room, in addition to the luxurious primary bedroom with private garden bath and enormous walk-in closet. Third floor options are also available.

This lower level is the envy of the neighborhood. It comes complete with an 80" TV perfect for watching the Vikings win every Sunday. The crowning jewel of this room is definitely the bar. Elements of this bar design came from the clients favorite spot in Manhattan. Custom door panels, and a custom light fixture add even more personality to this space.
