Annette Jaffe InteriorsAJI worked with a family of five to design their dream beach home filled with personality and charm. We chose a soft, peaceful neutral palette to create a bright, airy appeal. The open-concept kitchen and living area offer plenty of space for entertaining. In the kitchen, we selected beautiful sand-colored cabinets in the kitchen to recreate a beachy vibe. The client's treasured artworks were incorporated into the decor, creating stunning focal points throughout the home. The gorgeous roof deck offers beautiful views from the bay to the beach. We added comfortable furniture, a bar, and barbecue areas, ensuring this is the favorite hangout spot for family and friends.

This deck also features a custom hybrid railing design, built with pressure-treated wood framing, aluminum pickets, and a matching TimberTech AZEK composite top rail. It also features pressure-treated wood lattice deck skirting.
Puru- Home EnsembleI saw the future of this room as soon as I entered it. This place is an exact reflection of the passion, and ambition of people living inside it. Puru vibed well with this fun-loving, easy-going, neophile south Indian family, who love their culture as much as they miss it. From a terrace with a view of Pashan hills to a courtyard filled with memories of a childhood in South India. Puru translated and transformed this place into desire. We always have a design for desire. A clever design converts vacant spaces into a meaningful environment. However, we had our work cut out, matching the feel with the perfect picture for this place. One of the walls that were already painted by our clients and their children gave us an opportunity to add some traditional elements in the best and the most soulful way. This design is a cohesive collection of exploring new horizons and protecting the old heritage. Eventually, the birds took shelter above the clouds and inside this paradise. The family took pride in celebrating their promised land. And we took care of building it all.
Deck & Drive SolutionsThis was a complete tear off and rebuild of this new deck. Timbertech came out with a new series and new colors for 2020 this February. The homeowners wanted a maintenance free deck and chose the new stuff! The decking color they picked with their blue house was Timbertech’s Reserve Collection in the Driftwood Color. We then decided to add white railing from Westbury Tuscany Series to match the trim color on the house. We built this deck next to the hot tub with a removable panel so there is room to access the mechanical of the hot tub when needed. One thing they asked for which took some research is a low voltage light that could be installed on the side of the deck’s fascia that would aim into the yard for the dog in the night. We then added post cap lights from Westbury and Timbertech Riser lights for the stairs. The complete Deck Lighting looks great and is a great touch. The deck had Freedom Privacy Panels installed below the deck to the ground with the Boardwalk Style in the White color. The complete deck turned out great and this new decking is amazing. Perfect deck for this house and family. The homeowners will love it for many years.

NexGen Exterior Home RemodelingFall may be rolling into winter here on the East Coast, but the cooler weather doesn’t mean we stop our deck replacement services for the season. In fact, we keep going right through winter so that our customers have their brand new decks ready for warm temperatures, especially when there is a pool involved as is the case with our customer in Moorestown, New Jersey. They won’t be wasting a single summer pool day next year waiting for the deck to be completed.
Our deck replacement team removed the original decking and replaced it with Trex Transcend Tropics grooved decking in Island Mist along with white RDI Finyline railings. Instead of using lattice to enclose the underside of the deck, our homeowner chose to have our team install Trex Enhance Basics grooved decking in Clamshell. We love the streamlined look it gives to the deck, and we hope our customers enjoy when they spend next summer out on their new deck.

The Hive
This remodel transforms three small, crowded rooms into an expansive, open kitchen connecting directly onto a new backyard deck. The coziness of a former breakfast nook is re-created with a built-in bench with discreet storage, and a pre-existing island is re-imagined with a new marble surface and complementary marble slab installed above the counters. The new modern kitchen, combines bamboo, white, and glass cabinet materials and integrates an original Wedgewood range stove providing a spacious, open environment.
Outside, the new deck design addresses a previous basement flooding problem and brings together the upper and lower floors with a floating “crow’s nest” balcony, maximizing available outdoor space for use by both couples. To avoid the need for a support post, the balcony is supported by steel beams cantilevered into the house itself. Its custom rail system is galvanized steel and stainless steel cable, leaving as much space open as possible, and a steel awning overhead protects the new door from potential rain damage. The deck itself, as well as its railings and trellis structure, are built in durable ipe, a smooth barefoot-friendly hardwood. Stairs and seating create a smooth transition from the elevated deck down into the yard, where the new owners installed flagstones and setup their own bee hives.
