Tiny, tiny townhouse of approx 650 square feet. Despite the small footprint, the property was slightly enlarged (by about 100 square feet) and redesigned by Marshall to create 2 bathrooms, in the footprint of the original bathroom, hot press and a built in wardrobe. The kitchen was enlarged and redesigned and a new utility room was created. The hall was also enlarged which took the termination of the stairs out of the living room and into the hall for added privacy and soundproofing for the upper floor where the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located. The recessed front door area was enclosed to create a small porch which gives better privacy and insulation to the home. Everything was painted in soft sheen cream with Ulster Velvet carpeting (in "Canvas" colour) throughout.
