Traditional 3 bed, former rental, property which was refurbished and staged by Marshall for the selling campaign. Clean, crisp white was used in most rooms, apart from the kitchen which got a splash of sunny orange for added warmth. The smallest bedroom (pictured with the multi coloured duvet) was dressed with a double bed, to show that it could not only take a bed but that it could take a double bed. Most people thought this room wouldn't hold much more than a cot. We managed to install a lavatory into the bathroom which formerly only held a tub and wash hand basin. We had to be creative in the lavatory with our combined lavatory and wash hand basin to save space.
