We found Louise to be extremely professional and knowledgeable and she had great ideas on how to bring our vision to life within our budget. Louise had endless patience as she educated us on the range of options available. Where we brought suggestions Louise was able to source the required products. Where items we liked were too expensive Louise could always suggest more cost effective alternatives. Louise worked tirelessly to ensure all our items got delivered to site and went into the correct locations and if issues arouse was on hand to resolve them. I was very inexperienced and didn't really know what I wanted in terms of fittings etc, but Mikey recommended everything from shower to literally sink, all of which matched and work great up till now.
