Small duplex with uninterrupted views over Dublin bay. The sea view was the beginning and end of this property! Everything else was secondary to this. Simple renovation to brighten and open up the space to improve on a fairly basic standard of construction. Vibrant yellow was used on the walls in the kitchen to disguise discoloured white units. Laminate flooring was used lower level to create a sense of space. The ceilings and walls in the dormer rooms were painted in the same colour to disguise the encroaching low ceilings.
