Help for a small paved garden please

Hi Alison. Welcome to Houzz:) Personally I think the paving looks fine and wouldn’t be in a hurry to change it. There’s two issues I can see, one is the bins are on show and the other is the washing line poles. I know they’re needed but always think they do very little for a nice atmosphere in the garden. A wheelie bin storage with green roof could be an option (see pic). I’ll have a think about the washing line. BIG POTS! The bigger the better. Could be in any shape or material but the bigger they are the more water they’ll retain and much better for plants. On Minnie’s inspo pic I noticed the use of old dolly tubs...perfect example:) I’ve seen people using old oil drums and water troughs even an old toilet! They all need a drainage hole but that shouldn’t cause any issues. What colours are you drawn to for the shed and fence, do you prefer modern minimal style, country cottage style, colourful or understated? You can share images on here by adding photos to comment (just make sure you can fully see the pic before hitting submit). If you need any plant suggestions I’m sure myself and others can help you. X
