Western Pennsylvania Farm House
This is a kitchen we did in an 18th century farm house that was being restored in Western Pennsylvania. All the appliances are hidden. This is what we call a Collected Kitchen as the cabinets look like furniture. The sink is soapstone and the counter tops are curly maple. We also did an appliance cupboard, pantry, large media cupboard, vanities, a dressing desk and a built-in mantle wall.

Staged Elegant and Bold dining room area. Neutralized the red with brown and carried the elegant gold throughout the room. Simple and tasteful design.

The dining room of a compact Victorian terrace needed some warmth and fun. The white walls were painted a deep pink which set oft the colour and the mid-century details such as the stunning chandelier, the green laminate Japanese cabinet and black and white photographs.

The Ben Heath bespoke window seat has been painted in a colour to compliment the blinds and to distinguish it from the kitchen cabinets although the design is the same. The dresser to the left has an oak oiled top with oak door fittings to provide extra storage space - maximising the use of walls in the small kitchen/diner.

Stylish brewery owners with airline miles that match George Clooney’s decided to hire Regan Baker Design to transform their beloved Duboce Park second home into an organic modern oasis reflecting their modern aesthetic and sustainable, green conscience lifestyle. From hops to floors, we worked extensively with our design savvy clients to provide a new footprint for their kitchen, dining and living room area, redesigned three bathrooms, reconfigured and designed the master suite, and replaced an existing spiral staircase with a new modern, steel staircase. We collaborated with an architect to expedite the permit process, as well as hired a structural engineer to help with the new loads from removing the stairs and load bearing walls in the kitchen and Master bedroom. We also used LED light fixtures, FSC certified cabinetry and low VOC paint finishes.
Regan Baker Design was responsible for the overall schematics, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, as well as the selection and procurement of all fixtures, cabinets, equipment, furniture, and accessories.

We added a pop of color on the built-in bookshelf, and used CB2 space saving wall-racks for bikes as decor.
