Tory Bond DesignsStandard closets with bi-fold doors were the focal point of the old master bedroom. The layout was re-structured by relocating the closet to the north end of the room, with the new wall creating a backdrop for the sleeping area. The new walk-in closet features plenty of room and custom built-in storage. An Art-Deco style bed, lamps from Visual Comfort, a re-upholstered vintage bench and a rug sourced in Morocco complete this escape from the daily grind.
TruKitchensThis master bathroom features full overlay flush doors with c-channels from Grabill Cabinets on Walnut in their “Allspice” finish along the custom closet wall. The same finish continues on the master vanity supporting a beautiful trough sink with plenty of space for two to get ready for the day. Builder: J. Peterson Homes. Levi Design BuildLocated in Wrightwood Estates, Levi Construction’s latest residency is a two-story mid-century modern home that was re-imagined and extensively remodeled with a designer’s eye for detail, beauty and function. Beautifully positioned on a 9,600-square-foot lot with approximately 3,000 square feet of perfectly-lighted interior space. The open floorplan includes a great room with vaulted ceilings, gorgeous chef’s kitchen featuring Viking appliances, a smart WiFi refrigerator, and high-tech, smart home technology throughout. There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms, three bathrooms and a maid’s room with separate entrance. A custom walk-in closet and amazing bathroom complete the master retreat. The second floor has another large bedroom and bathroom with gorgeous views to the valley. The backyard area is an entertainer’s dream featuring a grassy lawn, covered patio, outdoor kitchen, dining pavilion, seating area with contemporary fire pit and an elevated deck to enjoy the beautiful mountain view.

Harwood Design Builders Ltd.A riverfront property is a desirable piece of property duet to its proximity to a waterway and parklike setting. The value in this renovation to the customer was creating a home that allowed for maximum appreciation of the outside environment and integrating the outside with the inside, and this design achieved this goal completely.
To eliminate the fishbowl effect and sight-lines from the street the kitchen was strategically designed with a higher counter top space, wall areas were added and sinks and appliances were intentional placement. Open shelving in the kitchen and wine display area in the dining room was incorporated to display customer's pottery. Seating on two sides of the island maximize river views and conversation potential. Overall kitchen/dining/great room layout designed for parties, etc. - lots of gathering spots for people to hang out without cluttering the work triangle.
Eliminating walls in the ensuite provided a larger footprint for the area allowing for the freestanding tub and larger walk-in closet. Hardwoods, wood cabinets and the light grey colour pallet were carried through the entire home to integrate the space.
