Small Victorian bathroom Redesign

I want to make the bathroom to look bigger and have colour schema that match the sink cabinet(off-white). Would you tile the walls to the ceiling? Any ideas of slim radiator and where to position it? I love lattice mosaic floor tiles.

Redesigning a small kitchen in tourist apartment.
Comments (4)I do not have picture of space but the feet and inches are as follows. 78.5 inches wall which should incorporate fridge freezer with boiler on top. This space meets the door and I think the high object would look best in that position. There is a window in centre of this space which I propose putting cupboards over to have extra storage space. I will create extra light to replace window light over the adjoining door. The other wall is 86.5". this wall meets the lounge/dining area with patio door off to terrace. My concern is worktop space, I thought this end might best incorporate the cooker with microwave overhead. I would be most grateful for your help. Regards Teresagolf...See MoreLoft or side return??
Comments (4)Three bedrooms will always be worth more than 2. If there is enough headroom I would take loft stairs up above the main staircase - from the cupboard position. Leave a landing and corridor to the bathroom and partition off a tiny bedroom/nursery/study. A lot depends on which way your roof is pitched. I would get a few loft companies in to tell you what is possible within a limited budget. If and when you get the money it might be possible to close the existing back door and refigure the kitchen units to allow a lobby and door opening out toilet and use the toilet door as your back door. Comments (8)Hello Oris1978, What I would start with is painting the walls... Try a really lovely chalky cream.. Little Greene do a nice one called whitening.. It is bright and chalky and much nicer than a plain white.. Then get some nice roller blinds (for budget) Also in a light colour cream or white or something to compliment any flooring you might get... I see you don't want to spend a lot but I want to suggest a flooring. The tiles are not bad but if they are damaged then I would suggest a Lino. May not be exciting you think but when you have looked at the options from Sinclair Till, I think you will change your mind.. Images attached... There are many and I have chosen a few really fantastic designs along with a plainer one, so you get the idea. The floor space is quite big so make the most of that... Move the table and chairs further into the centre of the room... I'd even suggest painting them as well...Take the sofa out of the kitchen and move the other table to where the sofa is, if it's a table.. Can't quite tell? I'd place the items like toaster and kettle nearer so they are grouped together, thus more practical... Maybe invest in something that isn't white. I have to say one of the best investments for the kitchen has to be a Dualit toaster in Chrome! It's a style beauty! A good kettle to go with it and you're set. Dualit does a good kettle too I think it's called Architect? It too is chrome **If floor tiles are good then blinds to match in a sheer fabric not blackout as sheer is lighter and more subtle... The painting... it's lonely! Get something else or move it to a smaller piece of wall... It's really too small in that location... Comments (35)not alot happening at the moment, its winter! alotta rain, lotta. but i am bedding down to get this over with and maybe in the spring the spirits will rise once more. i hope so. i would love to feel i was doing something to keep my hopes and dreams alive, i dont see what i can do until the spring. when i bring the topic up, especially to those that moved away and came down this neck of the woods, they say they had friends who felt it was too far too and moved back home. i guess thats how i feel, thats what i want and i just want to be a bit more uplifted, i think rain dampens down things a bit!!! santa Ma Margaret!...See More
