What to do with fitted in storage?

I have fitted in wardrobes and cupboard all along side one wall. Gotten quite bored of it and wanted to change it up a bit. I have seen pictures of the white Ikea shelving units, when people put nice looking ornaments etc but these cupboards are quite deep. there are two wardrobes (one on either side), a single door on either side (with shelves inside), a TV in the middle, two cupboard doors below the TV, and then 8 cupboard doors above with shelves in. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to change it up a bit?
