I am currently redesigning my downstairs and have a floor plan with a design. Would anyone suggest any other ideas. I don't want to knock any walls. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks

This one is a mystery ... The fact you have a need for three lounges and dining for eight suggests a large family living here - but the kitchen is not big enough for purpose if that's the case ( just my opinion !) do you need three lounges... is it a cultural thing - family lounge /ladies lounge / men's lounge? If not - I'd suggest you move the dining into the middle lounge and increase the kitchen space into the mid section that was formerly used for dining. If not then I'd suggest a re think of the kitchen layout - hobs tight in next to walls in corners aren't best practice ideally. And angled corner hobs are a bit 80's !

It looks like the drawing has been done 'ask asked' rather than 'as suggested ' ... again - that's just my opinion - but you were asking - so there it is !!

It small But your cabin sink unit is a good idea as you have storage space and it looks neat. I have changed my bath many times to shower unit and it has leaked every time, some times it has been the plumbers fault or bad design then it was a visitor who let the water spill while showering the last time it flooded the insurers wanted the bathroom TANKED! meaning waterproof walls and floors. This is done by an experienced plumber contractor of repute! as the insurers said too many claims from too many people with bad waterproofing. the insurer said they would not insure again or any other clients who had not got their bathroom water proofed by expert plumber fitters. SO I have gone back to the Bath with a shower enclosed and found it tops for waterproof.

Hi all. This is the plan for our new living room. It is our first home and I would love some help on choosing the right furniture for the space. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children and I will have my parents visiting a lot. We are in Ireland but if you could post ideas, I'm sure i would be able to find similiar options here. Finding it hard to visualise the space and what will fit best. The room is 3850mm by 4050mm. As you can see a door leads from the hallway and another glass door then into the kitchen. There is a full wall between the kitchen and living room and the room is North facing. I would love to hear any ideas or suggestions you have on what to do with the space, what colours would look good, flooring, a good furniture layout, general interior design suggestions. Thankyou

My patio needs a glow up and I need help with ideas! the only furniture that we have is a round dining table and six chairs, but I would love a couch area and pergola, or a hammock or somewhere nice to relax. Also i know I need to plant some things and put some flower beds in but i have no idea how or where. Any advice really appreciated - limited budget so it will be a long term project!

Sorry - me not checking and spell check changing things ! 'As asked' it should say - ie that the drawing was done with no creative input other than what was asked for.
