Cramped family bathroom layout conondrum

last month

Hi there, I’m ripping out & re doing the very cramped family bathroom in my 80’s bungalow. I can’t move external walls, window or the hot water cylinder for cost & plumbing reasons. I am ok with cost of moving sink/shower toilet etc.
Non negotiable is to have separate shower & bath in the end. Im looking for a walk in/ wet room style shower.
The only solution I can come up with which will actually fit in the space with the restrictions I have is to put the shower where the sink is currently putting a glass wall right up to where the window starts to make the shower as wide as possible. Then put the sink just inside the door on the right.
I’ll be reversing the door hinge side and knocking down that weird wall that the shower is currently on.
Is there any other better option I’m missing here?
Or are there any glaring issues with my current plan?
All advice much appreciated, I’ve driven myself insane drawing & redrawing it!

I’ve attempted to mock up what I’m thinking re layout. Any other better options I’m missing?

Could the door move a bit left? Will be tight to fit it all in.

Thanks so much Tab. I can definitely move the door though will prob only get me another 16cm. It’s really helpful to get another view. I like where you have the bath.
