Design Me By MahlahPineapple Paradise! The pineapple wallpaper is the show stopper in this Hula room designed for a lovely little girl named Phoebe. Our goals were to make a cozy, inviting bedroom that would also be functional and make the most of the small space. The bunk bed with desk below helped create floor space for play and room for art and school. Hula girl bed sheets, tropical print bedding, pineapple wallpaper, and the extra soft floral rug add pops of fun color and cozy throughout. We love features like the palm tree lamp and pineapple mirror. We carried the theme out to the balcony with a fun seating area.

LiLu InteriorsChris and Marna believe in Ohana Mau Loa which means “family forever.” As return clients, they knew LiLu could help them build a vacation home in Hawaii that would provide a desirable and comfortable gathering place for four adult children and their spouses and 11 grandchildren. A central common space at the heart of the home with separate living quarters surrounding it helps to accommodate everyone with both shared and personal living spaces. Each has its own personality that showcases playful references to Big Island life. And yet the overall design concept weaves together a love of world travel with traditional tastes. Built with mahogany wood that is a staple of island construction, treasured heirlooms and other personal keepsakes are the perfect complement to make this dream home feel welcoming and familiar. Fabrics, finishes and furnishings were selected with the sea in mind and to accommodate wet swim suits, bare feet, and sandy shoes.

Suzanne Christie - Decorating Den InteriorsThis cozy yet open cocktail area was created to merge contemporary and coastal together creating a space to sip cocktails and enjoy the spectacular view in this wonderful sun room. Havana woven chairs and sleek upholstered chairs share bright coral and aqua fabric. The wicker bar is close by to keep the cocktails and sunsets flowing.
TCP Custom Outdoor LivingThis second level living is a mix of a rustic and costal style. The floors are wood plank tile and the ceiling is stained pine tongue and groove. The added aluminum privacy shutters are not only to make the space more intimate, but for privacy as this home is very close to the neighbors.
