They were looking for a family room, craft area, bathroom and a space to transform into a “guest room” for the occasional visitor. They wanted a space that could handle a crowd of young children, provide lots of storage and was bright and colorful. The result is a beautiful space featuring custom cabinets, a kitchenette, a craft room, and a large open area for play and entertainment. The Outdoor Room, LLCView southward over the lower fourteen acres taken from the upper lawn show the terraced 2000 square foot custom pool. A ha-ha wall concept was utilized to separate the pool landscape from the pasture below where without would leave the plantings vulnerable to deer-browse.

Nip Tuck RemodelingHere is a hall bathroom that was in need of help! I received a call to help this client with some water damage right before Christmas. As you can see in the before photo, there is some water damage on the floor in front of the tub. The caulking had failed and water was getting in between the tub and the floor material causing a water stain and fear that there was potential for water to come through a light into the kitchen if it were continued to be in use.
During my initial consultation, we decided that the damage was not as bad as the homeowner thought it might be. Family was coming for the holiday and I recommended drying the area out, re-caulking the seam to prevent further damage and get an area rug over it while we planned an update to the entire room.
Our client was relieved and also joyous that the time had finally come to remodel this space.
Bill Fry Construction - Wm. H. Fry Const. Co.Alder wood custom cabinetry in this hallway bathroom with wood flooring features a tall cabinet for storing linens surmounted by generous moulding. There is a bathtub/shower area and a niche for the toilet. The double sinks have bronze faucets by Santec complemented by a large framed mirror.
