Under stairs help desperately needed

Hi all, This is the view as you come in our front door and im at a loss what to do with space… (im limited to considering sideboard, close it off for storage…queen anne chair and lamp… etc) Cant decide and its beginning to bother me. Any suggestions would be hugely welcome and appreciated!
