Flooring advice please

We are in the process of updating our kitchen, we are going for a shaker style kitchen with a dark blue island with pale grey units around the walls. The worktop is a glossy white with a grey vein.
Trying to decide on flooring and not sure whether to go for tiles, wood or lvt. We are looking to change the flooring downstairs approx 80m2 which includes a conservatory, hall and cloakroom.
Our floors are all concrete and tiled but need updating.
Should we use the same flooring throughout? If price is the same for all options which would be the best product to go for?
