layout /plan problem

The whole master bedroom/ dressing room / en suite gives me hives. I can’t seem to get the right flow together. The large windows & the side one we can’t change. At the moment I am thinking of putting the bathroom by large top window, leave bedroom where it is and have some sliding doors.
Please can somebody give me a bit of advice or just a new idea maybe my blinkers are on too much ?!?!?
