Dig Your Garden Landscape DesignDetail of the concrete pathway with polished Mexican pebbles, steel edging and modern light fixtures. We designed and installed this dramatic living wall / vertical garden to add a welcoming focal point, and a great way to add living beauty to the large front house wall. The dated walkway was updated with large geometric concrete pavers with polished black pebbles in between, and a new concrete driveway. Water-wise grasses flowering plants and succulents replace the lawn. This updated modern renovation for this mid-century modern home includes a new garage and front entrance door and modern garden light fixtures. Some photos taken 2 months after installation and recently as well. A variety of succulents, grass-like and cascading plants were designed and planted to provide long cascading "waves" resulting in appealing textures and colors. Soledad Builders, LLCIn lieu of a formal dining room, our clients kept the dining area casual. A painted built-in bench, with custom upholstery runs along the white washed cypress wall. Custom lights by interior designer Joel Mozersky.
Pure Builders Inc.This luxurious master bathroom comes in a classic white and blue color scheme of timeless beauty. The navy blue floating double vanity is matched with an all white quartz countertop, Pirellone sink faucets, and a large linen closet. The bathroom floor is brought to life with a basket weave mosaic tile that continues into the large walk in shower, with both a rain shower-head and handheld shower head.
Everything HomeOur Indianapolis design studio designed a gut renovation of this home which opened up the floorplan and radically changed the functioning of the footprint. It features an array of patterned wallpaper, tiles, and floors complemented with a fresh palette, and statement lights.

Patel Design StudioMinimalist inspired desk and chair create a light and airy feel to the office space allowing plenty of room to move around and get inspired. The hexagonal shelving was custom built to create a natural centerpiece for the room. The room sparks creativity and inspires one's workspace.

August InteriorsThe homeowners, an eclectic and quirky couple, wanted to renovate their kitchen for functional reasons: the old floors, counters, etc, were dirty, ugly, and not usable; lighting was giant fluorescents, etc. While they wanted to modernize, they also wanted to retain a fun and retro vibe. So we modernized with functional new materials: quartz counters, porcelain tile floors. But by using bold, bright colors and mixing a few fun patterns, we kept it fun. Retro-style chairs, table, and lighting completed the look.
Riddle Construction & DesignThis unfinished basement utility room was converted into a stylish mid-century modern bath & laundry. Walnut cabinetry featuring slab doors, furniture feet and white quartz countertops really pop. The furniture vanity is contrasted with brushed gold plumbing fixtures & hardware. Black hexagon floors with classic white subway shower tile complete this period correct bathroom!
HKP architectsThe owner's of this Mid-Century Modern home in north Seattle were interested in developing a master plan for remodeling the kitchen, family room, master closet, and deck as well as the downstairs basement for a library, den, and office space.
Once they had a good idea of the overall plan, they set about to take on the priority project, the kitchen, family room and deck. Shown are the master plan images for the entire house and the finished photos of the work that was completed.
