The family room features a 1x6 tongue and grove white enamel wood ceiling, ceiling drapery pockets, 8 inch wide American Walnut wood flooring, transom windows and French doors and crown molding. The interior design, by Susan Lachance Interior Design added McGuire’s deeply stained, woven wicker chairs from Baker Knapp & Tubbs. In the alcove is a circular pendant from Fine Art Lamps. The exterior porch features aluminum shutter panels and a stained wood ceiling.

The Galeana GroupThis was a dream job as an incredible backdrop existed for this project: a fantastic house and a wonderful client! This client isn't afraid of color so when it was time to recover some of her furniture, it was easy to select from a bright palette: greens, blues, yellows and lots of pinks. The fabrics capture her personality: vibrant, energetic, compassionate and endearing.

Salt InteriorsSalt Interiors custom joinery was featured in the August issue of House & Garden Magazine. For this project, Salt Interiors worked with Senior Interior Designer for Coco Republic, Natasha Levak to provide custom joinery for the 1930s Spanish-revival home. Levak’s vision for a neutral palette helped to determine the polyurethane paint for the renovated joinery unit Salt installed in the room.

H O M E + atelier Michael RansonWe transformed this room from an outdated southwest style space to this elegant Spanish style living room. The fireplace was redesigned and an arched passage to the dining was added to better define the spaces. The balance of materials that help create this space are the old world terra cotta tiles, smooth plaster walls, hand carved stone fireplace and rough wood stained ceiling.
