The exterior stone on this house is featured inside the home on the fireplace and as architectural accents. This reinforces the feeling that the whole space is a single indoor-outdoor entertaining area, thanks to glass walls that pocket out of site behind the stone. Long distance views over the negative edge pool make the space a magical place to spend time.

This project was for a new home construction. This kitchen features absolute black granite mixed with carnival granite on the island Counter top, White Linen glazed custom cabinetry on the parameter and darker glaze stain on the island, the vent hood and around the stove. There is a natural stacked stone on as the backsplash under the hood with a travertine subway tile acting as the backsplash under the cabinetry. The floor is a chisel edge noche travertine in off set pattern. Two tones of wall paint were used in the kitchen. The family room features two sofas on each side of the fire place on a rug made Surya Rugs. The bookcase features a picture hung in the center with accessories on each side. Many classical buildings incorporate vertical balanced sliding sash windows, the recognisable advantage being that windows can slide both upwards and downwards. The popularity of the sash window has continued through many periods of architecture.
For certain properties with existing glazed sash windows, it is a valid consideration to design a glazed structure with a complementary style of window.
Although sash windows are more complex and expensive to produce, they provide an effective and traditional alternative to top and side-hung windows.
The orangery shows six over six and two over two sash windows mirroring those on the house.
