Maine Coast HomesThe kitchen isn't the only room worthy of delicious design... and so when these clients saw THEIR personal style come to life in the kitchen, they decided to go all in and put the Maine Coast construction team in charge of building out their vision for the home in its entirety. Talent at its best -- with tastes of this client, we simply had the privilege of doing the easy part -- building their dream home!
California Closets of TennesseeThis man cave incorporates masculine design elements–and wine storage–to create a well-appointed retreat for the refined man.
Jane Kim ArchitectA custom millwork piece in the living room was designed to house an entertainment center, work space, and mud room storage for this 1700 square foot loft in Tribeca. Reclaimed gray wood clads the storage and compliments the gray leather desk. Blackened Steel works with the gray material palette at the desk wall and entertainment area. An island with customization for the family dog completes the large, open kitchen. The floors were ebonized to emphasize the raw materials in the space.
The CousinsThe new basement is the ultimate multi-functional space. A bar, foosball table, dartboard, and glass garage door with direct access to the back provide endless entertainment for guests; a cozy seating area with a whiteboard and pop-up television is perfect for Mike's work training sessions (or relaxing!); and a small playhouse and fun zone offer endless possibilities for the family's son, James.
Studio D - Danielle WallingerPrincipal Designer Danielle Wallinger reinterpreted the design
of this former project to reflect the evolving tastes of today’s
clientele. Accenting the rich textures with clean modern
pieces the design transforms the aesthetic direction and
modern appeal of this award winning downtown loft.
When originally completed this loft graced the cover of a
leading shelter magazine and was the ASID residential/loft
design winner, but was now in need of a reinterpreted design
to reflect the new directions in interiors. Through the careful
selection of modern pieces and addition of a more vibrant
color palette the design was able to transform the aesthetic
of the entire space.

Le Fil Rouge - DesignLes clients désirés un sas de décomposition dans leur entrée. Nous avons donc fait le choix de peindre, d'un bleu profond, tous les éléments menuisés jusqu'au plafond afin de créer une atmosphère reposante ponctuée de bois et de plantes.
Dans le fond de l'entrée des bibliothèques ont été créées, donc une coulissante, créant une porte secrète pour accéder au bureau.
Des briques de verres viennent apporter de la lumière naturelle.
