British Standard by Plain EnglishThe second project for Edit 58's Lisa Mehydene, this time in London. The requirement was one long run and no wall cupboards, giving a completely open canvas above the worktops.
TFQ ArchitectsJurassic Kitchens worked closely with TFQ to ensure the kitchen fit into the building beautifully and with a solid worktop, white faced cabinetry and feature lighting, the kitchen is a showpiece and a fantastic space to congregate.
Wise Owl InteriorsProject Battersea was all about creating a muted colour scheme but embracing bold accents to create tranquil Scandi design. The clients wanted to incorporate storage but still allow the apartment to feel bright and airy, we created a stunning bespoke TV unit for the clients for all of their book and another bespoke wardrobe in the guest bedroom. We created a space that was inviting and calming to be in.
Wood Works BrightonWe were commissioned to design and build a new kitchen for this terraced side extension. The clients were quite specific about their style and ideas. After a few variations they fell in love with the floating island idea with fluted solid Utile. The Island top is 100% rubber and the main kitchen run work top is recycled resin and plastic. The cut out handles are replicas of an existing midcentury sideboard.
MATERIALS – Sapele wood doors and slats / birch ply doors with Forbo / Krion work tops / Flute glass.

Grillo Outdoor KitchensSamuel Moore, owner of Consilium Hortus, is renowned for creating beautiful, bespoke outdoor spaces which are designed specifically to meet his client’s tastes. Taking inspiration from landscapes, architecture, art, design and nature, Samuel meets briefs and creates stunning projects in gardens and spaces of all sizes.
This recent project in Colchester, Essex, had a brief to create a fully equipped outdoor entertaining area. With a desire for an extension of their home, Samuel has created a space that can be enjoyed throughout the seasons.
A louvered pergola covers the full length of the back of the house. Despite being a permanent structural cover, the roof, which can turn 160 degrees, enables the sun to be chased as it moves throughout the day. Heaters and lights have been incorporated for those colder months, so those chillier days and evenings can still be spent outdoors. The slatted feature wall, not only matches the extended outdoor table but also provides a backdrop for the Outdoor Kitchen drawing out its Iroko Hardwood details.
For a couple who love to entertain, it was obvious that a trio of cooking appliances needed to be incorporated into the outdoor kitchen design. Featuring our Gusto, the Bull BBQ and the Deli Vita Pizza Oven, the pair and their guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to alfresco dining. The addition of our single outdoor fridge also ensures that glasses are never empty, whatever the tipple.
Zara Kitchen DesignKitchen is a mix of classic and modern styles with the island in a concrete flat door and the U shape in Hartforth Blue shaker. The Silestone worktops are in Bianco River which works really well with both the door finishes.
The space was a major change from the original layout with the backdoor being blocked in and the creation of an island with seating on end and side.
barkerdesignThe Vintage Vanity unit was adapted to create something quote unique. The pop of electric blue in the Thomas Crapper basin makes the whole room sing with colour. Detail tiled splash back keeps it fun & individual.
CCASA ArchitectsVertical timber posts that allow for light but also allow protection. Nice design feature to give personality to a stair balustrade.
