After: The vaulted pavilion was no small undertaking, but our clients agree it was worth it! Skylights help keep the natural light in their home, but keep them dry from any weather Oklahoma throws at them. After seeing the beautiful natural wood of the tongue-and-groove ceiling we were happy the clients opted to keep the color and choose a clear stain. No worries about the winter in this screened in porch-between the gas fireplace and infrared heater they will be nice and cozy while watching all those football games and entertaining outside.

This custom conservatory is a brilliant mix of double glass and opal fivewall polycarbonate in the roof to ensure a comfortable and protected environment for plants. With a hip room and lateral transoms, the effect is both lovely and functional.

This structural glass addition to a Grade II Listed Arts and Crafts-inspired House built in the 20thC replaced an existing conservatory which had fallen into disrepair. The replacement conservatory was designed to sit on the footprint of the previous structure, but with a significantly more contemporary composition. Working closely with conservation officers to produce a design sympathetic to the historically significant home, we developed an innovative yet sensitive addition that used locally quarried granite, natural lead panels and a technologically advanced glazing system to allow a frameless, structurally glazed insertion which perfectly complements the existing house. The new space is flooded with natural daylight and offers panoramic views of the gardens beyond. Photograph: Collingwood Photography

This charming conservatory with vestibule is a break from the everyday for this homeowner. A true gardener, time is spent cultivating, grafting and growing desert plants.
