How should I adapt a corner cupboard for easier access?

It's the under counter cupboard to the right of the extract fan. This was a mock up design - the handle for it is actually on the left door. All dry and canned foods are stored here on two rotating metal basket style shelves. It is very awkward to see the foods and the shelves are off kilter with the weight.


This is the design drawing. The wall to the left of the long fridge/freezer doors is about 1 metre long and then the kitchen entrance door.
