Bedroom paint colour for walls, doors and skirting

Hi, I'm looking for suggestions on what paint colours to choose for our main bedroom.
I'd appreciate your help.
What would work well with the curtains and bedroom furniture.

What color is your bedding? Use that to guide you unless you're getting new bedding. A rug or picture is also a good place to pull colors from. If you post some pictures of the room you'll get more response.

As the rest of your house is decorated in muted colours with the exception of the bathroom), I would stick with that. Duck egg/pale blues and pale greens or chalky pink would be very restful for bedrooms. Or navy blue looks smart with a neutral scheme.

Silk adds a luxurious feel which I think is always nice in a bedroom. I would then add colour in the accessories such as yellow which is very popular at the moment. Hi. I'm not that keen on the paper with the rest of the room, it doesn't look bad at all but it doesn't look stunning either imo. Everything else looks to be more of a greige? I'd look at the same paper in truffle, sable, dark linen or even the pewter may work ( hard to tell colours on screen so would get samples of all!). I agree with the others, would go for plain bed linen and add pattern in cushions and/ or throw. It looks as if a chalk pink would work best with the greige. Maybe a chalky white for the remaining furniture. You could also break up the window ŵall by adding a trim and maybe Pom poms to the bottom of the blind. A little antique gold for accessories, lights etc would also work well.
