Advice on lights over kitchen island with 2 level ceilings
Hi. im struggling to know whats best for lighting over kitchen island in our new extension. There is a vaulted ceiling in the extended part but then standard ceiling in existing part. The island & kitchen straddles both. i really wanted 3 pendants over the island but electrician is saying that it wont be right as the last one will be just at the last point before the ceiling height change. Will it look strange looking in from the end of existing room into the kitchen?
Electrician suggests having one central which comes down as a bar light across. Struggling to find one of those that i like! Has anyone else had similar issue or any suggestions on bar lights that would give similar effect. Would appreciate any help please been looking for weeks and deadline approaching!! Thanks
PS - images look like level change is just a beam but it is actually ceiling through to dining room.
