9' 6"x12' or more would be ideal, but this one was squeezed into 8' 7"x11' 4". Using a free standing tub would help save 6-7" as well.
As shown you want at least 36" for shower, 42" is better. and at least 67" for a drop in tub and deck, 72" is better.
Vanity is shown 84", it could easily be downsized to 72" or 60" if you are limited that way. The main thing is having 8'8"+ of tub/shower wall. Should you have over 9'6" I would add a shower bench and a 3rd output rainhead on a 48"+ shower.
