Add some wishy washy water ..
Mix up some granite
bash
With a Pro

Bake in the oven till you think your dilemmas over
When done ..
Sprinkle with lots of caring
Let's not forget the laughter

@Margo. Scolded! yes I probably was!but hey as I says before it was a storm in a teacup, Lol. I think they said that serious designers had left the site! And honestly the Houzze team were not involved! I will probably post the end result in a few weeks when I'm done.

Glad to hear he's doing good. :) I heard from the guy and evidently he is having problems with the granite yard. He was supposed to be calling back to let me know??? Who knows...I'm real close to keeping the stupid wood....just to be done. LOL :) that's no joke. I am leaning towards travertine/marble....asked about that too. He said the papers said it was marble??

I think your right to explore it,because you liked I think the idea of granite or stone from early on. If you keep the wood (I have to say I like it) I still think your kitchen is great,honestly. It's late here,I will pop in tomorrow to see how your getting on.Nite nite Zaz.
