I’m really struggling to find a floor for our new kitchen extension. We are installing a navy blue kitchen and the walls will be white.I’d like a herringbone pattern but cannot find anything I like that I think would go. All of the LVT’s I’ve looked at are so shiny and plastic looking. Wood is out too as everyone tells me it’s a bad idea for a kitchen. I’m at a complete loss!
We had an engineered wood floor everywhere , literally wall to wall kitchens , bathrooms , utility bedrooms hallways and reception rooms It was Brilliant, so easy to look after and clean. Sweep /Hoover and a damp mop very occasionally. Mop up any spills immediately as people do , bath mats in the bathroom picked up after use to dry over side of the bath or shower and all is well. Can’t fault it .
