Comments (10)You could create an ensuite by borrowing space from the second bedroom, accessing it from the master. I would create one large luxury family bathroom by joining the current bathroom and the adjoining room into one. If you don't want to lose a room, you could swap the purpose of the two rooms, creating a medium sized bathroom and a small box room/study (expensive for some benefit). Lastly, if you really want to maintain the number of rooms but gain a bigger bathroom, you could move the family bathroom to the bottom, right-hand room, if plumbing allows. Hope this helps....See Moreour bathroom
Comments (1)Hi. I hope you don't mind me saying but removing one of the bathrooms may potentially devalue the property even if they are small. Removing the bath may also alienate any families when it comes to selling. Maybe check with an estate agent unless this isn't an issue for you. Have you thought about combining a bath with a really decent shower? Luxury hotels often do this. In terms of style, what is the rest of the house like? Look at the light in the room for colours, you can go dark but combine with really decent lighting. If you like blue, why not try navy and white maybe with some bright accessories? Navy is very on trend at the moment (and a classic bathroom colour!) but can't find a great bathroom image. I personally would go for something fairly classic with a couple of contemporary elements....See MoreMaster bedroom layout
Comments (9)Hello Emma, What about if you were to have the study room as a study/bedroom... You can buy beds that slide out from behind a book case or shelves for example.. A double would fit and then why not consider making the walk in wardrobe slightly smaller in favour of a dual access En suites.. If you were to divide the room in half.. Have sliding doors from both sides ie current side and from study side.. You can divide the slightly bigger en-suite room and situate a small shower, back to wall loo and small wall hung sink in both sides.. With back to back plumbing. Then you can sell the property on with the idea of two possible bedrooms.. or as a study with it's own shower room for guests that stay on occasion... Small bathrooms can be just as spectacular as spacious ones, but at any rate it gives you more options as there is a full sized bathroom anyway.. : ))...See MoreMaster bedroom layout
