We’re looking for advice on how to layout our master bedroom. I cannot figure out a layout to achieve what we want. Windows can be placed anywhere along the walls, I could do with advice on where they should go too. I’ve attached a diagram of the constraints as regards entrance to the master bed, exterior walls and adjoining bedroom.
What we want to achieve is:
-Good sized en-suite with shower (no bath)
-Large wardrobe area separate from bedroom space
-Vanity area
-Take advantage of good views to the SE
-Take advantage of morning light entering room
-Ability to close off wardrobe, vanity and ensuite from bedroom to avoid disturbing partner while getting ready for shift work at unsocial hours
-Privacy buffer from adjoining bedroom
