Hi Shianne, if the door is UPVC you could use a Luxaflex Simple Fit pleated blind within the frame. If it is wood the Luxaflex Tru Fit blind. Roman blinds on the outside of the recess in a co-ordinating or complimentary fabric could work well. Hope that helps?

It all depends on the light and how you'll use the space and what style you're after - you can go for so many options, pleated blinds, Roman blinds, curtains, etc. Is that door the entrance door or a door to the garden? Sorry many questions, I hope this helps.

If there's plenty of light and you like that style, I'd go for Roman blinds for the windows and nothing for the door.
