Is your fire place already painted and you're trying to figure out just what that paint color is? If this is the case there are several ways to do this. First if you have a good eye for color, you can get a number of multi-shade paint cards and try to match it. Another method and one I prefer is to take a small flake (about the size of a quarter) of the paint to a good paint store and have it scanned matched.

Hi there! We think a white grout is probably your best option here, if you don't want it to look too busy. This is one of our hexagon mosaic tile displays we have in the TileStyle showroom and we have used white grout for this. As you can see, the shape of the tile is still very much visible but it's still a more subtle look that's not too busy. Hello everyone, I want to change my dark walls ( inchyra blue from F&B) to a brighter colour from them. I bought the paint yesterday and the primes, the store was closing so everyone was in a rush and I just realised at home that the staff sold me a wood primer instead of a wall primer and they don't do refunds. The paint has 7%, I Don't know about the primer as I didn't open it. Can I still primer with wood primer or it's not recommended? I called them and they said that if the wall its not flakey I shouldn't prime the wall, but my wall is dark and I'll paint it brighter.Hope that makes sense?Thank you

Hello, I am moving to a new house near Guildford and will be re painting the whole house in neutral colours with off white woodwork and having carpet upstairs, but really don't want to have the stress and mess of removing the bathroom wall and floor tiles. I am trying to think of how I can keep the cottage/country/traditional feel with a modern twist, without removing the tiles. I will paint the door an off white. I do like wooden wall panels half way but wondering whether the blue tiles are worth keeping or what else I could do with the white tiles on the window wall and floor tiles which I dont like at all. I will change the sink to a vanity sink and toilet. Any help and ideas on what can be done without removing the tiles or what colours etc would look good would be appreciated! Photo attached.
