Our new kitchen

We have just sale agreed a house with the below kitchen in it. We intend to fit a new kitchen but ideas are proving awkward with the fact that There is a side door off. I was thinking of making the kitchen a U shape with floor to ceiling units on the left and right. We have a plumbers she's out the bank where the washer and dryer will go so we do not need space in the kitchen for them. I welcome suggestions!
