Thank you for your suggestion....one option that I had considered was something like the below - having double curtains (one voile,and one heavy curtain). Do you think that this could work in my space? Also, just to note, the curtain pole (and everything else in the room will be going, as this is the previous owners furniture), so I am not restricted to the curtain pole that is currently in the original picture. Yeah was thinking a larger mirror ....we have nothing done with the room yet. Afraid to ...in case I get it wrong. Was thinking of pulling the sofa out from the wall a little at an angle. Maybe wingback chair near fireplace...want to keep it kinda open and minimal....maybe console table to the left of the mantal ...or move the tele all together ..I dunno. The room isn't that narrow... Its about 12 feet wide at either side of the mantal

Hello, We extended our living room into the kitchen and now have a couple of arched windows a rectangular window and French doors in the room. My question is, should we put curtains on all windows and doors or curtains on some and blinds on others? Any advice appreciated.
