Need inspiration for window dressing

Was thinking of single curtain for large window and roman blinds for small window, but am open to all ideas. Unfortunately no suitable filter on the site so hoping that someone can share inspirational ideas. Wall colour is possibly open to change.

Okay, this is a kitchen but it has the same window/door layout. I agree with your idea of doing Roman blinds for the window and curtains for the door

Shelves above the stove , just one more thing to clean, whatever you put there gets filthy. Love the blue color, the nice thing is in this space you could use any color. I love glass subway tiles they are timeless and come in some wonderful colors.That penquin paper is fun , how about in the bathroom or a childs room.

You have everything clustered at that window. If you would just relocate some to that open wall the space will work better for you. Add a center upholstered bench or comfy chair in a corner.

I can't zoom in on your photo to get a closer look. Maybe you could take some close up shots. Alternatively you can add a contemporary pelmet box above and the blinds can be mounted into this. I would recommend having them custom made by a professional company with a quality installer. Roman blinds on a chain side winder mounted above the doors would also work well. Sorry, yes, I didn't explain very well, did I... I meant that as your room seems to be quite light, floor included, a dark grey that matches the bird on your wallpaper would give you that wow factor (pic1 below). You could then work on the layering textures within the same colour palette too with the rest of your accessories (rugs, mirrors etc). Or if you're not too keen on greys, pick out one of the other colours if you prefer- you have a good selection of pink, blue, green or yellow. As long as you match the exact shade you can't go wrong, in my humble opinion. I've attached a few pics below to show you what I mean xx
