Currently , my room is pink with a white roof , my sister said I should go greys but I don't want the room to look dark and dull. ( I will have new furniture , and hopefully the floors will be wooden. ) Thanks for you're help , Zöe .
Hi Zoe, I think I would have to agree with your sister! The right grey will look warm, whilst giving the room a fresh, clean feel. Farrow&Ball do some lovely ones, have a look at Elephant's Breath or Pavilion Grey. This colour scheme with wooden floors (natural or painted) would look wonderful. Injections of colour could then be added with soft furnishings. Hope this helps!
I'd go with a light shade of grey where your wall is white, broken by the same grey on the pink side added with dark purple stripes....but make them wide. Stick pretty glow in the dark flowers on the ceiling and break with flower light yellow curtains. Your bed spread should also be a light color. Good luck.
