“I was involved in a project recently where David was engaged as the Architect. It involved the modernisation of a 30 year old farm house bungalow in North Kerry. I was asked to prepare a tender on the project for a local contractor. I called to site to meet with the contractor, the client and David. We went through the drawings and any queries were answered promptly to allow us to prepare an accurate tender. The tender was successful and works commenced on site.
