S&A Stairs
A true sculptural masterpiece. St Vincent Place is the result of advanced craftsmanship and an intricate contemporary design. A curved profile features geometric strings and an open rise. American Oak treads and a sweeping continuous handrail strike an elegant balance between the rich timbers and steel balusters.

View from foyer to heart of the home's circulation center. Curving open riser see-thru stair case on left with stepping custom bookshelves and bent wood handrail. Slotted wood ceiling. Path to living room straight ahead. Stairs illuminate from lighting below at night.

This home was in need of a makeover from top to bottom; it was tired and outdated. The goal was to incorporate a little bit of Cape Cod with some contemporary inspiration to keep things from getting a little boring. The result is warm and inviting. We are currently adding a few new changes to the content of this home and will feature them when they are completed. Very exciting!

The staircase was built custom of iron with stained wood steps & railings! Flooring used throughout the home was continued up the two-story wall for added oomph while letting the staircase shine as the main feature.
