The rear of the property has been completely redone. The rear and side brick facades have been painted white. New aluminium framed doors and windows open the kitchen and dining area onto the garden. The garden has been landscaped with limestone levels, steps and rendered raised planters. A hand made timber slatted fence gives the needed privacy.

An inner city oasis with enchanting planting using a tapestry of textures, shades of green and architectural forms to evoke the tropics of Australia. Sensations of mystery inspire a reason to journey through the space to a raised deck where the family can enjoy the last of the evening sun.

A swirly tree walk in a large garden on Oxfordshire. This design is simple but looks great throughout the seasons. Children love to run around the mown paths as do the owners dogs! Winter flowering cherry trees are used for seasonal interest & structurally it looks great year round. Into the spring the longer grass is filled with pretty spring bulbs

Secret Gardens
Our clients have a busy life so they wanted their inner city garden to be low fuss and look low fuss. They wanted outdoor spaces that looked relaxed, with a simple and soft palette of finishes that acknowledged their coastal location. The site conditions and their brief also called for plants that were hardy and that would tolerate the full sun and sandy soils. The structural finishes and the plant colours provide a harmonious blend and compliment the design choices of the interior.
