I love to challenge my skills and creativity with custom designs and intricate projects. My inspirations for these interior doors and shutters came from the fine details and antique style of French architecture, and the intricate wood carvings and bold colors found in Morocco. They took roughly 3 months to complete, and are a hefty 4” thick and around 200lbs per door.
David Rance InteriorsAn office that is also a retreat from the typical. The walls are upholstered in a pale green ultrasuede. The built in cabinetry is made of Russian Karelian Birch inlays. The desk is of Lemonwood from the Lucien Rollin collection, as well as the mahogany chairs. The under carpet is sisal with a wonderful area rug from Mansour. The ceiling is hand painted with ancient story creatures from an old villa on the French Riviera. French doors on either side open to wonderful terraces.
