A “slouch couch” in every sense of the term, the Walcott Sofa’s unique frame is comprehensively cushioned for all-encompassing comfort. Eight-way hand-tied suspension ensures a quality seat wherever you settle, whether perched on the sofa’s arms, back or seat. Warm caramel-colored 100% top grain leather is stitched with flanged seams along the edges, helping to balance its voluminous appearance. And when you have a piece as distinct as this, it’s only fitting to accessorize with other conversation-starting accents.

Adding a barn door is just the right touch for this kitchen -
it provides easy,/hidden access to all the snacks hiding in the pantry.
This updated updated kitchen we got rid of the peninsula and adding a large island. Materials chosen are warm and welcoming while having a slight industrial feel with stainless appliances. Cabinetry by Starmark, the wood species is alder and the doors are inset.

The minimalistic design of the pool compliments the basic shape of the house. Close attention was paid to the details of the pool and surrounding deck.

A derivation/evolution of the first prototype and grain bin experiment. Unfortunately the effort stopped short of the logical conclusion which would use less materials and take less time to erect. It would not sell for as much. I'll get around to it sooner or later.

Our client wanted to have her very own country chic space inspired by southern charm and hospitality. Antique tables and oxidized rust made this space truly custom/one-of-a-kind!

zpd+a and roomTEN design
This bathroom salvaged antique oak and black walnut trim and repurposed it into the millwork. In building the cabinetry ourselves, we made sure to celebrate boards that had some scars of their previous life: nail holes and scrapes from 100 years of use are carefully highlighted. In crafting a classically inspired but modern bath, we layered history into modernity, giving the room a new lease on the next 100 years.
