Reusch Interior DesignThe original Family Room was half the size with heavy dark woodwork everywhere. A major refresh was in order to lighten, brighten, and expand. The custom cabinetry drawings for this addition were a beast to finish, but the attention to detail paid off in spades. One of the first decor items we selected was the wallpaper in the Butler’s Pantry. The green in the trees offset the white in a fresh whimsical way while still feeling classic.
Cincinnati area home addition and remodel focusing on the addition of a Butler’s Pantry and the expansion of an existing Family Room. The Interior Design scope included custom cabinetry and custom built-in design and drawings, custom fireplace design and drawings, fireplace marble selection, Butler’s Pantry countertop selection and cut drawings, backsplash tile design, plumbing selections, and hardware and shelving detailed selections. The decor scope included custom window treatments, furniture, rugs, lighting, wallpaper, and accessories.
Spaces RenewedBuilt in bars are a great addition to any space. The additional storage, prep space, and appliances compliment and add to the usability of the kitchen. A built in fridge, ice maker and freezer and copper prep sink all fit nicely in this snug space. The glass door cabinets are great for storage and display.
Cabinet-S-TopIn this stunning kitchen, Medallion Park Place door with flat center panel in painted White Icing cabinets were installed on the perimeter. The cabinets on the island are Medallion Park Place doors with reversed raised panel in cherry wood with Onyx stain. The cabinets in the butler’s pantry were refaced with new Medallion Park Place door and drawer fronts were installed. Three seedy glass door cabinets with finished interiors were installed above the TV area and window. Corian Zodiaq Quartz in Neve color was installed on the perimeter and Bianco Mendola Granite was installed on the Island. The backsplash is Walker Zanger luxury 6th Avenue Julia mosaic collection in Fog Gloss for sink and range walls only. Moen Align Pull-Out Spray Faucet in Spot Resistant Stainless with a matching Soap Dispenser and Blanco Precis Silgranite Sink in Metallic Gray. Installed 5 Brio LED Disc Lights. Over the Island is SoCo Mini Canopy Light Fixture with 3 canopies and SoCo modern socket pendant in black. The chandelier is Rejuvenation Williamette 24” Fluted Glass with Oiled Rubbed Bronze finish.
Palazzo Kitchens & AppliancesUsing the same Nobilia joinery, and handle-less design, a coffee station was installed complete with hot water tap and fully plumbed sink.
Shelving installed with internal lighting creates a lovely ambiance, and prevents the corner from appearing dark and separated.
Rylex Custom Cabinetry and ClosetsFor a lakeside retreat, the bar’s lower level location is an integral part of outdoor entertaining. Custom cabinetry and floating shelves provide storage for everything necessary to make entertaining stress free.

Addison Grace DesignThe wet bar off the kitchen is seen using a mix of materials with the white cabinets and wood display unit, tying in the modern farmhouse theme perfectly. There is plenty of cabinet and counter space available.
