ESTUDI A L'ÀTIC.
La tercera i última balconera il·lumina aquest espai final.

Wanting the home’s guest bathroom to feel inviting and whimsical, we dove it to create a unique balance of saturated colors and lively patterns. Playing with geometric and organic patterns- from the simple tile grid to the nature inspired wallpaper, and slapdash terrazzo flooring- this space strikes a bold kinship of forms.

Honouring the eclectic mix of The Old High Street, we used a soft colour palette on the walls and ceilings, with vibrant pops of turmeric, emerald greens, local artwork and bespoke joinery.
The renovation process lasted three months; involving opening up the kitchen to create an open plan living/dining space, along with replacing all the floors, doors and woodwork. Full electrical rewire, as well as boiler install and heating system.
A bespoke kitchen from local Cornish joiners, with metallic door furniture and a strong white worktop has made a wonderful cooking space with views over the water.
Both bedrooms boast woodwork in Lulworth and Oval Room Blue - complimenting the vivid mix of artwork and rich foliage.

Opened this wall up to create a beverage center just off the kitchen and family room. This makes it easy for entertaining and having beverages for all to grab quickly.

This project design was all about that zen, well-traveled lifestyle. We softened chunky, farmhouse furniture pieces with down-to-earth boho details and lots of layered textures adding a feminine counterpoint to the masculine lines of the sofa. We stayed within an earthy color palette with hints of cool blue to keep it calming and added lots of soft, natural textures. Most of the final elements we chose feature natural materials with hand-crafted details such as wood, wool, cotton, terracotta, clay, glass, etc.

This kitchen proves small East sac bungalows can have high function and all the storage of a larger kitchen. A large peninsula overlooks the dining and living room for an open concept. A lower countertop areas gives prep surface for baking and use of small appliances. Geometric hexite tiles by fireclay are finished with pale blue grout, which complements the upper cabinets. The same hexite pattern was recreated by a local artist on the refrigerator panes. A textured striped linen fabric by Ralph Lauren was selected for the interior clerestory windows of the wall cabinets.
