For real wood, you will want Engineered wood flooring, however, you will also want to speak carefully to the supplier regarding the correct floor preparation required and if floating the installation on an underlay, you'll need a UFH specific product that matches the floor against the output specs of the UFH syste,
LVT or Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring from companies like Amtico, Karndean and Moduleo will offer a more versatile product with a lower install height and no need for door breaks etc however you'll again need to spec the UFH installation very carefully to meet the specs required to get the LVT on the floor and for it to stay there.
AVOID click LVT especially over UFH or in areas of direct sunlight and in any area that is likely to have weight on it, it's getting a terrible name in the flooring industry for joint failure and manufacturers looking for any reason not to with hold complaints.
