New En-suite Layout - options?

Hi All, we are re-modelling and extending. This includes a large new en-suite. Trying to figure layout options. Would like a free-standing bath and large shower. Architect's drawing below. Thing is, existing soil stack is downstairs under bottom right corner. They aren't concerned about issues, but I don't see need to deliberately cause build difficulties with waste. I'm used to smaller bathrooms with limited options, hence struggling a bit. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks Sorry - the pink dashed line is 1800 ceiling height - it is a "room in roof" style. I am told the shower tray shown is 1200 long, so 400mm off side measurements usable
