There seems to be more room in B - but only if you have a bifolding shower screen/door so that it can be folded away when the shower is not in use. In A there is hardly any space at the sink so could be a little awkward if you need to use that sink to shave and/or brush teeth for example?
Can you tank the whole thing and do away with the screen completely? I'm another vote for B, though I'd move the rad over by the window to get towels out of the splash zone.
