I've a modern frameless mirror which has been sitting in damp and the paper backing has deteriorated. Presumably it has a purpose so I should replace it? A Google suggests brown paper will work but I'm unclear what glue to use. I don't want to damage the silvering. Can anyone help please? Thank you.
