Having grey windows fitted on a white rendered house should the front door matche the windows

Hi I’m looking for help to find out what type of door hinge this is, and can it be replaced, bottom hinge has snapped and don’t know how I can replace or even take off

Thanks I had been thinking of Black but was afraid it might look to austere as we have so much grey stone and the house is part of a 3 acre walled ( high grey stone ) garden but just had another look at black doors and some look very smart
